To accommodate the busy lifestyle of many new parents, the Medi-Twinkle Parenting Programme of Medi-Clinic offers a comprehensive antenatal course presented during a weekend away at a luxury hotel. Couples are treated to 5-star accommodation, excellent food and lectures presented by specialists. You can expect talks on: childbirth and pain-relief options, baby care, immunisation, breastfeeding, infant stimulation and tips to childproof your relationship. There is also time to interact with a gynaecologist, childbirth educator and other experts.
